Welcome to the Delaware Medical Marijuana Program’s (MMP) patient and caregiver portal!

Our mission is to protect Delaware citizens by the enforcement of the Delaware Medical Marijuana Act and through proactively safeguarding public safety, governing cultivation, manufacturing, and the sale of marijuana products in Delaware.

If you have a medical condition or are assisting a patient, you can register here as a new patient, a caregiver, or to renew your MMP card for 1, 2, or 3 years. Any patient who is 65 or older, can now self-certify without a Health Care Provider’s written certification.
